QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years experience in Salon industry or Customer Service related fields.
- Strong leadership skills and decision-making.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.
- Knowledgeable in admin works (Microsoft Office)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting Supervisor and in charge of salon’s day to day operations.
- Responsible in supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promote our services and products to clients, and boost client satisfaction.
