Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to answer you, consider you for a job, or run this website. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
1. Who we are
Glow Grooming Commercial Investment L.L.C. ("GGCI", "we", "us") is a company licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our office is in Industrial Area, Al Ajayyiz, Abu Dhabi. GGCI is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
GGCI operates Ushi Nail Spa, Man Lab Gentlemen's Spa, Biyō Beauty Spa, Tamsui Taiwan Tea Shop, Wild Wok Noodle Bar, Machi and Megawise.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, its contact and leasing forms, its careers pages and job application form, its website assistant, and the staff areas used by our HR and website teams. Bookings, orders and memberships with our brands are covered by each brand's own website and policy.

We do not ask for your Emirates ID, passport, bank details or health information through this website. Please do not include them in a message or CV.
4. Why we use it, and on what basis
We process personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

No decision about your application is made by automated means alone. A person on our HR team reviews every application.
5. Who we share it with
- The GGCI brand you applied to, so its managers can take part in interviews.
- Service providers who run the website for us: hosting and database (Base44), email delivery, map tiles (Google Maps) and web fonts (Google Fonts). Our website assistant sends your chat messages to an AI service provider to generate replies. Each provider may only use the data to provide its service to us.
- UAE authorities, such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and immigration authorities, when needed for your employment or when the law requires it.
We never sell or rent personal data.
6. Transfers outside the UAE
Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UAE. We only transfer personal data where the PDPL allows it: to countries with adequate data protection, or under safeguards such as a contract that binds the provider to protect your data.
7. How long we keep it

8. How we protect it
- Data is encrypted while it travels between your device and our servers.
- CVs and applicant photos are stored privately and open only through short-lived secure links.
- Only staff with an HR role can see applications; only staff with a developer role can change the website.
- Every time a CV is opened or downloaded, it is logged.
- Forms are protected against spam with rate limits and hidden bot checks.
If a breach puts your data at risk, we will notify the UAE Data Office and, where required, you, as the PDPL requires.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and tell you how we use it
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your data
- restrict or stop processing it
- send your data to you, or to another organisation, in a common electronic format
- review a decision made about you by automated means alone
You can also withdraw any consent at any time. This does not affect processing that happened before.
To use these rights, email operation@ggciae.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within one month; for complex requests we may extend this as the law allows, and we will tell you why. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
10. Cookies and similar storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only what it needs to work:
- Staff sign-in: a sign-in token stored in your browser while you are logged in to a staff area.
- Website settings: small settings such as menu state.
When a page shows a map or loads our fonts, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
11. Children
This website is not directed at children, and our job vacancies are only open to people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their data, email operation@ggciae.com and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
