1. Who we are

This website is run by Glow Grooming Commercial Investment L.L.C. ("GGCI", "we", "us"), licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Industrial Area, Al Ajayyiz, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

2. Using the website

You may use this website to learn about GGCI and its brands, contact us, and apply for jobs. You must not:

• break any UAE law while using it, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes
• try to get into staff areas, systems or data you are not authorised to use
• upload viruses or harmful code, or overload the website
• copy or collect content or data with automated tools
• give false information, or pretend to be someone else
• post anything offensive, defamatory, or against public morals or the values of the UAE

3. Information about our brands

Brand descriptions, services, locations and opening details on this website are for general information and may change. They are not an offer. Bookings, orders, prices and promotions are set by each brand, through its own website or branch, under its own terms.

4. Job applications

When you apply for a job, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• the information, CV and photo you send are true, complete and your own

Applying does not guarantee an interview, an offer or employment. We may reject an application or withdraw an offer if information turns out to be false. Any employment depends on a signed contract, satisfactory checks, and the visa and work permit approvals UAE law requires. We handle your application under our Privacy Policy.

5. Enquiries and leasing

Contact and leasing enquiries are not binding on either side. Any lease or commercial agreement must be in a separate written contract signed by authorised representatives. Information about our store formats and unit requirements is indicative.

6. Website assistant

The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions about GGCI and its brands. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not an offer, a booking or advice. For anything important, contact us or the brand directly. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

7. Staff areas

The Hiring Portal and Developer Portal are for authorised GGCI staff only. If you have an account, keep your sign-in details private, do not share your account, and tell us at once at operation@ggciae.com if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend access at any time to protect the website or applicants' data.

8. Intellectual property

The GGCI name, the names and logos of our brands, and the text, photos, designs and software on this website belong to GGCI or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying or use needs our written permission.

9. Links to other websites

We link to our brands' websites, maps and social media. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we do not run.

10. No guarantee

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be complete, error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Liability

As far as UAE law allows, GGCI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including liability for fraud or deliberate wrongdoing.

If you break these terms or misuse the website, you are responsible for the loss this causes GGCI.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the website after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
